For Sale in Illinois is a 1927 Packard Phaeton, originally owned by the United States Government and used by President Franklin D. Roosevelt to inspect W.P.A. projects. There are leather gun holsters inside both left-hand doors where Secret Service agents placed their revolvers. The color of this 27 Packard is Ivory & Pale Blue with Red leather upholstery. Engine is a 385 cubic inch straight 8 cylinder and is very clean. Manual Transmission. Other features include Goddess Of Speed radiator cap with temperature gauge, Waltham clock, left hand spotlight, wind wings, dual side mounts with canvas covers and rear view mirrors, running board step plates, trunk rack with trunk, foot rest in rear, three storage compartments in back of front seat, Gehrig 7.00-21 wide-white-wall tires on disk wheels, odometer reading is 63,816.

One of the more interesting features of this 1927 Packard Phaeton Collector Car is the Packard hood ornament called the Goddess of Speed and the Packard's were popularly known as the Doughnut Chaser.
