1915 Ford Model T Brass Era Roadster Pickup

1915 Ford Model T Brass Era Roadster Pickup for sale in California. This old Collector Car has been totally restored. The motor is a stock 20 horsepower and has been rebuilt. The manual transmission was also restored. Frame and suspension was rebuilt and powder coated. Brand new 1927 style model T 21 inch wheels were also powder coated. All new tires and tubes were installed with the new wheels.

Paint is a very bright red with the fenders and running boards done in jet black. Everything on this rare Collector Car is squeaky clean, fresh and beautiful. Note the new cherrywood and brass steering wheel. A fresh oak pickup bed was constructed and installed to make this model T one of the best in the country.

1922 Paige-Detroit 5 Passenger Touring Car

Very Rare 1922 Paige-Detroit 5 Passenger Touring Car for sale in Pennsylvania. Here is the story on this seldom seen Collector Car.

The Paige-Detroit Motor Car Co. was a Detroit, Michigan based motor car company that was in business from 1908 to 1927. The first model was a 2 passenger roadster built in 1908. By 1911 this Collector Car name was changed to just "Paige". The 1919 models with a Duesenberg engine was known as the Paige-Linwood and models with a Continental engine was know as a Paige-Larchmont. The most popular Paige model was the Daytona roadster, first produced in 1922. This sporty three passenger car had a powerful 6 cylinder engine. For the last model year the paige was offered in a 6 cylinder engine and a straight 8 engine. A cheaper car built by Paige from 1923 to 1926 was the Jewett. In 1928, the Paige became the Graham-Paige.

1946 Ford Woody Super Deluxe Wagon

A nice example of a 1946 Ford Woody Super Deluxe Wagon that was made famous by Hollywood surfing movies. Under the hood of this 46 Ford Woody is a smooth running period correct restored flathead V-8 engine. The transmission is an easy shifting 3-speed manual mounted on the column. This Woodie Wagon has a highly polished Burgundy paint job with a brown interior. The simulated leather seating surfaces are comfortable and in excellent condition. The original woody look is continued on the exterior with 15 inch wheels, new wide whitewall tires and period correct hubcaps. A roof rack and vintage surf board are also included.

After World War ll sedans and coupes were Packards mainstay in 1948-50. The 1949 Packard (first series) Deluxe Eight model sold new for $2543.00 with 27,422 units build. Standard engine for this popular car was a 135 horsepower straight eight and a standard transmission. The Custom Eight convertible was Packard's priciest standard model selling for $4295 in 1948 and $4520.00 in 1949.

John North Willys was an automobile dealer from Elmira, New York who joined with The Standard Wheel Co. He was involved in the Overland Co., Willys-Overland Co. and Willys-Knight Co. Edward Knight made a 4 cylinder and his company was purchased by John Willys to form Willys-Knight. Other Collector Cars tied to John Willys are the 1933 Willys 77 coupe, 1942 Willys Americar coupe and the 1949 Willys Jeepster touring car.

1923 Maxwell Touring Model 25

1923 Maxwell Touring Model 25 for sale in Arizona. This 1923 Maxwell Touring is a very original, unrestored, low mileage car. Recent history shows that this old survivor resided in a museum and a private collection for the past 40 years, including 25 years at the Townsend Museum in Shawnee, Oklahoma and prior to that in a collection in Indianapolis for about 10 years in the 1970s and 1980s. Engine is a 4 cylinder 30HP, Transmission is a 3-speed manual with "H" pattern floor shifter.

The Maxwell Motor Corp operated in Detroit, Michigan from 1913 to 1925. Prior to 1913 this company was known as The Maxwell-Briscoe Motor and operated in Newcastle, Indiana and Tarrytown, N.Y. These cars were the work of Jonathan Maxwell and Benjamin Briscoe. The 1923 Maxwell Touring Model 25 was the last car produced by Jonathan Maxwell. Chrysler took over Maxwell in 1924 and it was replace by a 4 cylinder which ultimately gave way to the Plymouth in 1928.

This mercury was restored in 1998 and has a beautiful burgundy paint job and a deep shine. Top is like new and interior is perfect with leatherette and original style cloth inserts.
